It is said that DeepSeek retains over 50% of the gross profit when people pay for V4 access. Liang Wenfeng’s limited partnership introduced most of the investors of DeepSeek, while maintaining his control over the business’s decisions. The structure kept people locked away for 5 years and didn’t give most outside backers a vote. A second round is planned to take dollar investments from outside the United States, mostly from investors in the Middle East. This structure could allow the company to raise additional capital without compromising the founder-controlled domestic financing model. Investment banks are also gearing up for a listing on the STAR Market, with an IPO scheduled for 2027.
