Announcing the Artificial Analysis Video Editing Arena - compare video editing across Seedance 2.0, Runway Aleph 2.0, Wan 2.7, HappyHorse 1.0, Kling 3.0 Omni, and SkyReels V4. We’re adding this capability to our video model benchmarking, treating it as a separate category similar to how we benchmark Image Editing. Our Video Editing Arena tests models’ capability to follow editing instructions for videos with and without audio. We focus on the editing capabilities important to creative industry professionals where models differ most, including visual effects editing, sound & speech editing, object editing and physics simulation. Our initial analysis already reveals clear differences in model strengths by editing capability. We hope the launch of our Video Editing Arena will help users and developers understand the strengths of today’s video editing models and make the best use of them.
